Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–10 business days
  • International: 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates:

  • United States: $4.99
  • International: $6.99

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before purchase.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear. Limited updates during early transit are normal.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


International Orders

For international deliveries:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

BAYMARO is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.


Delays or Lost Packages

If your order appears delayed, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us.

Most delays resolve naturally within a short period.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will assist you accordingly.
